M Investment Group Is a privately owned family investment Holding Group, established and founded by Mo Chaudry in 1989. Originally the focus was primarily on commercial property and the Group owns an extensive commercial property portfolio across the UK.
In recent years the Group has diversified and now has controlling interest in a number of trading businesses and exciting brands across leisure and fitness, childcare and tourist attractions including the famous Waterworld Aqua Park tourist attraction.
The longest established brand in the Group is the 42 year old Pulse Group; its various subsidiaries include Pulse Fitness, the gym equipment manufacturer and supplier to the MOD globally. Pulse Fitness has a footprint in 35 Countries.
The group’s unparalleled knowledge of the property and investment scene in the area and further afield has long placed it at the forefront of the sector. M Investment Group is proud to have been a rock of stability in the commercial property sector and has built up an enviable range of properties to suit all leisure, retail, and industrial needs.
